If it's shopping or the historical architecture Dunedin has to offer then we are only 8 minutes from the city centre and just around the corner from a bus route. The local dairy is 2 minutes away and there is a supermarket at the end of the street. For those that want a break from preparing the evening meal, two licensed restaurants are within walking distance.

We can co-ordinate and make any tour bookings, which may be necessary to make your stay easier.

We have 17 units available, studio, one and two bedroom, with 16 having full kitchen facilities. All have Sky TV, heating, electric blankets and phones. Cot, highchair and microwave are available on request. A guest e-mail and fax service is available. We have a quiet location with plenty of off-street parking, guest laundry and a same day dry cleaning service.
